Triad Sports Car Club will be hosting our annual Autocross School at the Danville Airport on April 13-14 . Friday April 13 will be an optional Classroom session at the Airport Terminal Conference room from 7-8:45 . Saturday will be on course instruction beginning with Check-in and tech from 7:30-8:30 , mandatory drivers meeting at 8:35 , first car on course by 9am . We will run 3 driving drills from 9-12 , then take an hour lunch break/discussion session followed by a full course session from 1-4pm . Students will have assigned instructors for the morning session but are free to seek input from any instructor in the afternoon sessions . I suggest that during each session the student take 2 runs then the instructor take 2 runs and then the student take 2 additional runs . This is only a suggestion but it is a great way to see how an experienced autocrosser would handle the drills . Lunch is provided by the club and will most likely be pizza provided by a local restaurant . Registration is here events.auto-x.com/event/detail/71/

GREAT school. If you were signed up and missed it, you missed out on a LOT. If you thought of going and didn't or you think you could use some work, go next year. This school was very well structured and some talented instructors. Great job TSCC!

This school was very well structured and some talented instructors. Great job TSCC! Yup, and you also missed out on a super cool course. Justin Mitchell instructed a Lotus Exige and got upto near 80mph
