I have a 4-2-1 header off a 1.8 and need one for a 1.6. I'd prefer to trade for 1.6 of similar design. Sell for $75. I'm tired of fooling with the stock header/exhaust set up.

94-04 had 1.8s

94-04 had 1.8s should work on all of em EGR is different though. On the 94-97 the EGR comes off the 3rd cylinder with a big male fitting. On the 99-04 it's a female fitting on the flange near the 4th cylinder. If you buy it for the wrong generation you'll have to get a new EGR tube like AJ did. |

Duck, buy a new tube and fabricate the two together. I didn't tell you about that yet. Plus there is a three inch gap to the converter.

Physically the port size and spacing is the same from 94 to 05 but the details are what make things difficult
