Sweet.
That was a lot of fun guys, thanks again.
I can't believe how well my codriver did. That was basically his first autocross and first time driving the car ... ever.

The event was pretty cool. I have never raced at night before. Really wish I would have landed FTD

Since we don't have a lot of cars in each class maybe we could score like at the evolution shoot out. Score as one big pax class and use the tire modifier for tire classes(RTF,RTR,RTA) to even things up. Then keep track for end of season winners.

Tabals, I was thinking of that going into the event. The run groups worked out that way, so it will more than likely be that way. If nothing else, it'll make things more interesting.

Hoping I can make some of these going forward - seems like alot of Road Warrior work for me, so we'll have to see.

Another fantastic event! I really hoped to get off work sooner to help with setup, but my employer doesn't seem to put the same priority on Autocross that I do.
Anyway, I'd love to see a few more night events at Metrolina and I think the more laid back atmosphere is a good way to get folks into the sport. I have a couple friends that have wanted to give the sport a try and a night event was much more appealing to them than committing to most of a Saturday for the bigger events.

Don't worry shorty. I'll change that in two weeks. Provide there is some light on the track this time. I felt like I could have drove better holding a spot light in one hand. Can we switch run groups this time. St for group 1?

I do have one question. Will we have to modify our letters to just ST for night series?

I do have one question. Will we have to modify our letters to just ST for night series? Nope! For PAX to work, we have to know what class you're in for your index. You'll still run the same number and class, but instead of being individual STX, STR, STU, etc classes in the results, it will be a single ST class.

What is this new Pax system? Looks like it benefits Tire classes and none other...

If its like evolution shoot out the street tire class(RTR,RTF,RTA) get an additional approx. .97 multiplier to equalize times against their normal class that can run r-comps. ST classes don't get the mid since their pax already account for street tire use. I might be wrong but that's how I understood it.

Only run your base class on the side of the car as usual. You only need to have the added letter if your pro, novice, ladies or tire.
Doing these classes will lead to more competition. Night events tend to see a lot of one car classes. This will be better. I did add the road tire pax on to our tire class. It may be a little soft for Metrolina, but they were fast anyway. At the Shootout we saw that road tire additional pax wasn't quite soft enough. We'll see how it works out. Tabals, your right. Good job.

Did I miss something lol who was driving the other contour SVT grey one O.o. I think he was actually in the BRZ. I saw "Contour" come up under the car description in timing while running it, but after getting someone in grid to clarify, that person was actually in a Subaru BRZ

What the crap! I'll look into it sometime again Jon. Thank you.
Josh, I saw that. I was like wow! Very close to breaking into the PRO group. Just be prepared to do the changes I suggested to you Thursday night.
Top four in Novice were very tight. Congrats guys.

Novice class is interesting to watch every year. There are always some great competitions that come from it.
Jon, I just looked at results and see what happened. Apparently I didn't change one run lol. Your fastest run is still being credited to Stephen. I'll get it fixed.

That was Gabe's first AutoX ever and he had a blast! You guys do a great job taking care of us Novice guys and making us feel welcome. Gabe has a 300ZX that he hopes to bring out at some point in the future.
