Those of you that like the higher speeds and open courses from nationals, come on over. We also have a thriving RallyCross season for the 4WD Subbies. They are holding a national Rally Cross event later in the summer. Our event was Hot but not EXCESSIVELY hot. We had 78 entries and we got 6 runs each and finished at 5PM. We only ran 2 run groups with 2 heats so Race - Work - Race - Work. Then they have beer and go for dinner afterwards. Look at our results and you will notice that the Corvette Club showed up. Never seen so many Vettes at an Autocross. Brand new Z06's (505 HP badgedup) were a plenty. Very few Miatas and even fewer Subbies. My results are in the lin kabove, but how did I do. I felt really good with my performance. I was consisitent. First 3 times were morning times and the afternoon times are VERY consistnet. This is the first event after repairing the 10AE. The racing beat hollow sway bar tooks its toll on the thin stamped steel mounting brackets and tore them in half. So the car was hooked up. THe 13CS that got me by 0.68 sec was a club edition 2003 Miata (no soft top, matched springs at the factory, no a/c, 16" wheels (I think 7" wide too) so ready to autocross or take to SSB from the dealer floor). With his advantage in car selection I knew I had my hands full. John (13CS) drove it well too. It is his Dad;s car and his Dad came in 3rd. THIS IS A PERSONAL INVITATION TO ANYONE IN CCR TO COMEOVER TO Nashville for an autocross. See yall around. Hey JB, I see yor Sunday only has a few times posted. Are you giving LENGTHS now and forfeiting a few runs to level the competition?  ??. Nice job and way to get back on top of season points.
