Shouldn't this thread by moved to the non-SCCA autocross category near the bottom of the page? Seriously??!! Last I checked that was for NON-SCCA OR NON-NCAC clubs ...TSCC is an NCAC. club ....me thinks someone has too much time on their hands

As my tagline says, "a closed mouth gathers no foot". Maybe I should add something about still fingers don't put your foot in your mouth. :-)

Any Knights Stadium Lovers should come to this event. If you desire to run on smaller lots, here is your opportunity, and with less bumps. Come join the fun and it's only an hour or so from Charlotte.

Anyone in a Yellow S2K want a co driver? I don't think Matt Palombi will be there. You might have to look for another yellow S2K, good luck.

I may be going. Depends on work in the shop. I need to give Mitchell a big brother beat down anyway. Not sure which Miata I'll drive though. Possibly the star wars one.

I'd be interested in the caravan idea. I'm not sure where the site is in Greensboro. We'd like someone to follow.

OK - I'll call it then.. Those heading to Greensboro from the greater Charlotte area will meet at the McDonalds just off I85 Exit 49 (Bruton Smith Blvd) at 6:15 AM.
We will leave between 6:30 and 6:45, which should put us at the Park-n-Ride in Greensboro when registration opens at 8:00 AM.

Big Thank You to all the CCR people that made the trip up yesterday! I hope you enjoyed it. 8 runs and a free lunch and done by 3:30 .I thought that course was one of the most fun small courses I've driven. Driving thru the downhill sweeper across the bottom and back uphill with just a slight breath of the throttle was a blast. Tried it flat on my last run and found that was just over the edge of traction

I never tried coming back up the hill without really checking up on the gas, but after watching Wendel take my car for fun runs I'm probably glad I didn't! It's just that one cone jumped out in front of me twice and got other people even more than that All in all though, an absolute blast to drive. I don't know how much harder I could have pushed my car, but for an underprepped Miata in a class of S2000s, I was delighted by the result! 5 runs, fun runs, free lunch, and an epic show by Michael Bright putting together that..... THIS is why TSCC rocks! We really need to get a larger traveling group to to come up next time. It was the first TSCC event for the Raleys, and I know they enjoyed it!
