Hey everyone, I'm thinking about running my friends 88 CRX Si at night series this Wednesday to see how I like it compared to my Camaro (for those of you who don't know me I've been to a few CCR events and most SCR events, in a red 86 Camaro). Have a question about it concerning tech though as I'd hate to get it all the way up there and then not pass tech with nothing else to drive. The main concern atm is the sunroof. The motor in it is busted and it's stuck partially open. Will that be an issue for teching? Oh just to note, if I do run it, don't laugh to hard at me sliding around on the cheap 50 dollar all season tires that are on it Don't want to start sinking money in it until I know if I'll like driving it or not hehe. EDIT: Oh yeah, just thought of another thing. Numbers. Is tape allowed? Or could grid accommodate me and my friend needing to swap some magnets between runs? We would be in the same run group, he's STR and the CRX would be STS.

The Sunroof will not be a problem.
Tape will be fine, You need to show up to Tech with the numbers already on, wheather they be made of tape or magnets.

As in you'll be driving two different cars? Nah, I'll be running the miata, he'll be running the CRX, I just happen to have extra magnetic numbers and an extra "S" to make my STR into STS, but since we'd be same run group we'd have to shuffle numbers between runs, and there's a chance the miata will be co-driven, which would make for some number/letter shuffling madness!
