It looks like we may have another Weekend date at Metrolina on Sunday October 28th (not 100% so don't mark it on your calender).
It looks like I can also get Saturday October 27th. So I want to know if anyone would like to use this date for a Test and Tune or another school, an Intermediate School possibly. Let me know your thoughts are. Should we use this date and for what purpose.

Intermediate school would be nice. I know personally Ive been Mia the last week. But I'll take off for it.
Ps I will be at 24hr. Heading back from ga Friday night.

My co-driver has been lamenting the fact that she didn't get to take part in a novice school, and I'm always up for more schooling, so +2 on doing a school.

I think a second novice and/or intermediate school is a great idea. Always good to get new novices out and learning. I know at least two guys I am struggling to get them to bring their car out for their first event. I could certainly get them to a novice school.
Repeat of the earlier Metrolina two-day events?!?!?

Saturday Novice/Intermediate school is a great idea. Sunday points OR test-n-tune would be fine.
Work permitting - I'd participate both days.

Is this now definitely the next event? The Subie got sick at the 24 hr and I need to know how long I've got for medication or substitute. With drops, the STX race is too close for this kind of adversity.

This event is far from finalized! We will notify everyone when we find out and I will open registration at the same time. We are incurring some site issues and trying to nail down a date.

From what I understand they aren't doing any of it this year.
Mike and I are working frantically to set a site and date. I can tell you that we are hoping for one of the last two Sundays of October.

The Eurofest car show is going on as usual. www.euroautofestival.com/index.htmlI assume the autocross is off because they need that lot for employee parking. I've been planning to put Z3elda in the show in full autox trim in the racecar category. Distribute some SCCA info. We will see when we get closer, and when the autocross date gets set. |
