Josh, you should have gone to triad then Jack, ha! Point taken. Everyone routes for different people too. Announcement will be made in the next couple days I hope. Finalizing some site stuff and then working on details for the event. Thank you for the feedback.

I'd prefer to keep the points event on Sunday, regardless of location. (CCR has run very few Sunday autocrosses this year.) If it's not going to be the last Sunday of October as announced, we need to know the date soon so we can plan ahead.
As for points in December: It seems way-too-late to be adding events, with the season already 80% complete. If we wanted to make up for Kershaw, that should have been announced several months ago. Yes, some of us could use the chance for more points, but it hardly seems fair to those who have been planning their season based on the announced schedule.

Ive planned other events during these dates. I cant afford to miss anymore points events and loose the point championship because missed events rather then getting beat. If there has to be another venue please dont let it be Knights, theres Carowinds thats a good site. People complain about the difference of a 25min drive or an hour. Every event I go to is 3hrs away, so if we'er going to have another event lets make it a fun one.

It WILL be a Sunday points event in October. That we are certain of. We had thought of piggybacking onto SCR's darlington date next weekend, but I thought it was too short of notice. As in we thought of it just after the 24. We were trying to be sure we had 9 events this year and we should have that with October and November. December charity is next on the discussion list.

Just a reminder- there will be two drops for everyone. Meaning: If you miss one, you would drop the zero points event and your next lowest.
I merely asked the question about December- now we have the answer - I'm good with it either way.

Work/car breakage has kept me inactive since the 24. Hopefully October will be kinder on me, looking forward to getting back behind the wheel for this event.

Compared to the majority of attendees at ccr events mike is a better tell of the cars capabilities than the owner. I've been racing with mike for many years and I will say he knows his stuff you would be well served to listen to his advice. I have and improved for it.

How would anyone let casino drive their car. I was sketchy letting him drive one lap at metrolina. Because Casino is faster than you. I don't mean you specifically (well, I do) but more of the collective "you". Casino is able to jump into almost any car and outrun the owner. Ignore the sarcasm and thingy jokes and listen to his advice on driving and you will be a much better driver for it.

Unfocused! Watch Casino's driving and learn,, don't listen to his words, they confused even me!! Heh. The thing Tony said MOST at the TSCC novice school I did was "Look Ahead." Second behind that by a VERY narrow margin was "Casino, shut the hell up"
