We've experienced a problem at a few events where the results are either A) missing results or B) have runs duplicated in results after AXware crashes and is restarted. The fix is to go through each entry in the staging grid that does not have a "Raw Pos" and "Pax Pos" beside their name, right click on the entry, and "Re-Accept All Runs for entry"
