I will be at zMax at noon tomorrow setting up the course. Come down if you can help. Or come down after its done like Jadrice and get a cheap look at the course.

Please excuse my ignorance, this will be my first event. I am just curious, what all gets set up early? I know that on the day of the event that there is a 6am 'set-up', but do you just lay out the whole thing, cones and all or just take measurements and reference the ground to make the morning easier?
Whatever the case, I don't have class tomorrow, so I'd like to help.

Licursi is some sort of Rain Man with laying out cones, so all you'll have to do is hold the magic rope and put cones where he wants them  Will probably mark cones at the end of the day too just in case they blow away!  |

How late will you guys be out there until? I work until 4:30. I assume that you would be all done by then.

Well, I have been sitting here for a bit. I imagine I'm not in the right place, I did not know how vast the complex is. I went in entrance x and was over by the john force grandstand, but everyone who I saw looked like zmax staff. I am going to go find a gas station cause my car is almost out. I'll swing back thru afterwards. If someone can give me a shout about whether I'm in the right place or not, that would be great.

Lol, it is to the left of the grand stands as you pull up to it. Biiiiig parking lot on the left side.

The gate should have been open. You have to go down a long ways.
