I agree with Jeff, seeing as I was in like four different cars throughout the season (a picture of one of the smokie launches from this past time at zmax...win lol)

Actually one of the reasons I enjoy this board is the light hearted banter. My co-workers are still laughing at Spanky throwing money out the window. If IQ equal age I'll be up to 50 next year and start getting junk mail from AARP. Keep trying Travis. I'm sure you can get your level up to a 15 if you put your mind to it. LOL! |

It's up to AJ and Mike... After getting complaints from some about the trophies from several years ago (they didn't reflect the effort put into a season long championship) I did a poll and a lot liked the plaque with picture... so we went that route for a few years along with a season champ t-shirt.
Now AJ & Mike get to do what they want with it... and they may want to keep it a surprise!!!

I have been lucky enough to win trophies is about 7 different SCCA regions and a couple have been Season Championships  BUT I must say the trophies and the Season Champ Trophies that I have from CCR are by far My favorites and the ones that receive the most comments from Non Autocross folks that visit my house  I remember seeing the comment made way back in this post that while trophies aren't important to those of us that do upwards of 30 events a year and are lucky enough to win some class hardware. We should not forget that they are very important to New drivers and they bring interest to people that might be looking into a new pastime ! So My non solicited advice is keep the interest and the advertising on a first class level with the nice hardware  |

I'll agree with Randy ... the best trophy that I display is the season ending one from last yr.... my favorite one of all I've managed to win is the one from another region ( a jacket .. small time version of the nationals trophy LOL )

AJ is still working on ideas about what the first and second place trophies will be... Steven sent him a link with ideas, and I think anyone who gets a first place tropy will like what they get and even those who get a second or third will like what they get. I'm getting no trophy so I don't care J/K....
