How will this class work? So we will have a pax novice, tire, intermediate, and pro and then still have all the standard classes like ESP, SS, etc?

Thanks, are any classes excluded from entering this new pax class? Example, is every class essentially aloud to run Hoosiers? If not it then I'd assume that class would be at a disadvantage?
Finally, if you pick this pax group can You still also collect points for the stock class?

That would surely not be fair to those competing in the open classes only. |

Who is going to be left in the open classes?
Not a trophy hunter; haven't won one in forever anyway.
I can envision the top third of intermediate being 1st thru 16th.

Is anyone eligible to run this class? It is for anyone that wants to run in it, but mainly for guys on Hoosiers and ST cars that are not up to the level of Pro. You can, but if you did, you would quit autocross and run home in tears from all the verbal assaults to your manhood.  |

It will be open to all classes. If we disallow Hoosiers, wouldn't we just be in Tire class? Typical pax class.
We know who shouldn't be in this class and in Pro, so no funny ideas.

Who else is going to join me and Frodo in "I" class? Eric, you can count on me and Kurt Becker. He twisted my arm and convinced me to co-drive his Lotus this year, so we're going to give the Intermediate class a try with the SS base PAX. I know that means I'll have to out-raw Josh by about 18 seconds a lap, but it will be a fun challenge! lol! In all seriousness, I'm looking forward to running with you guys this year. I hope we get a few more folks to join the class. |
