Does anyone plan on coming to TGPR? We are now a month out from the event and the organizers are getting nervous. The registration numbers are curently too low to sustain the event. Usually the entries pick up as we approach the event. We hope this is the case this year. If you are planning on coming, please register

I am! Looks like we need some workers too! I can assist where/if needed - past experience in tech, but can assist elsewhere if needed - pretty good gopher! (Just ask Ted!) I might see if I can grab a couple of extra folks to come along and help.

I'm registered too. I've done one hill climb and a TT school. This will be my first time trial season. I'd hate to see events start getting cancelled.

Any one going that needs an annual inspection? Let me know and I'll do my best to hook up with you before you head down there.

Thanks for the continued help and entrants from CCR - AL and TVR are stepping up with 2 TGPR events and a Barber TT event this year. We always have us a LARGE Time at the events please sign up early so the "c" word is not brought up and medication consumed by the event officals is not taken in mass qty's the week before the event. Looks like Ted found a place to eat Saturday night that isn't as slow and forgetful as the Mellow was! The first event of the year brings in the most Annual Inspections so let Mark Seiler take care of y'all before having to get in line Friday night and that will make that process easier and faster.

YES...I did find a place. When you are looking for good food, never ask skinny people for recommendations. ;D
I'm signed up with Jedi and working on several more drivers to come! Look forward to another GREAT TGPR event... competition, fun and fellowship with the SEDIV TT group!
Mark/Craig - how are you guys fixed for instructors? Be glad to help with TT School or PDX. Thanks for effort from TVR and AL bunch!

Mark - sent you email and PM regarding annual tech. It would be most appreciated as I may drag in a bit late on Friday night at TGPR.

:(Wanted to get down there with my new engine and set the track on fire but other demands have caused delays on engine building. There is a slim chance that it might be ready by then, but I do not want to travel that far for its first test.

I have car "issues" as well. Looking doubtful though I wanted very much to be there.

And a big shout out to the Solo crowd - you can bring your solo car to the PDX event at TGPR!! You do not need to have a car meeting TT Level 3 requirements (rollbar, 5-7 point restraints, etc.). This is a great opportunity to get in hours, instead of minutes of seat time at a track and gain a lot of experience. TGPR is about 5-1/2 hours from Charlotte - so yes you can leave Friday afternoon and get there (maybe a bit late, but...that's racing!). Hope to see some of you come over!
