Me and a buddy were thinking about going down to CMP the Sunday before our autocross and doing a few karting sessions, then camping out Sunday night.
I contacted CMP to see if we would be allowed to camp and I was told that camping is ok as long as CCR is providing security on Sunday night.
Isn't there usually a race there on the Sunday before Memorial Day? So, would security be there Sunday night?

Yes there will be a race Saturday and Sunday... I know last year on Sunday evening after the race ended and was cleaned up we started setting up the autocross course, which I'm sure we will do this year and we camped Sunday night and drank and cooked out.

Nice. Sounds like a good time. If we decide to go karting that day, we will definitely help setup the course. Getting the work assignment out of the way will be a plus too.

I'd like to go karting.. I got this little prior engagement that my soon to be fiancé would be mad if I missed for karting.
