This question has come up in several threads concerning Minor Waiver Release Forms. Make sure you understand this: The SCCA REQUIRES SIGNATURES FROM BOTH PARENTS - PERIOD - NO EXCEPTIONS Here is a link to the rule: www.scca.com/_Filelibrary/File/solo-rallysolowaiverguide.pdfHere is a link to the form: www.scca.com/_Filelibrary/File/minorreleaseform2.pdfIn order for a minor (under age 18) to participate as a driver or to be allowed in a "hot" area. The waiver must be signed by both parents and witnessed by an SCCA event official or a Notary. This is cross-posted in the Autocross Forum.
