This question has come up in several threads concerning Minor Waiver Release Forms. Make sure you understand this:
The SCCA REQUIRES SIGNATURES FROM BOTH PARENTS - PERIOD - NO EXCEPTIONS

In order for a minor (under age 18) to participate as a driver or to be allowed in a "hot" area. The waiver must be signed by both parents and witnessed by an SCCA event official or a Notary.
