All day, in person, I heard people who wanted to be able to run RT classes in Pro/Intermediate.... yet on here it's nothing but people complaining about tire PAX. Well... as it turns out.... based on today's results, I was in 3rd place with or without the tire modifier. HOORAY! All I take from that is that I should have driven faster For the record, I actually like the idea of RT in pro and intermediate. I just don't think it's good to implement after the season has started and I don't like how it conflicts with our already established Tire class. If we were starting the season fresh, I'd say let the RT cars run in intermediate or pro (with the .98 multiplier) and change the Tire class to be just SP and above cars. Steven, I didn't realize you wouldn't be running r-comps on Lewis' Audi, so now I kinda feel bad at how this is affecting you. Even still, that car is amazing and I think your driving skills are pro-caliber, so the lack of the RT multiplier will just give us Intermediate guys a fighting chance against you. You certainly didn't have any problems spanking me and I was running fresh A6s!

I am lmao at Dean's response. PRICELESS!
So it has been concluded that we will leave things alone for 2013. I would ask about what we want to do for 2014, but with the class changes, it will be irrelevant. As a matter of fact, Tire class will get more restricted or may even go away.
Thank you everyone for weighing in. The core team comes up with ideas, but as we should, we ask membership approval before doing such changes.
