Some of you know Chuck Cecil from the SC Region. He ran Chimney Rock Hillclimbs and participated in many SCCA programs over the years (most recently as an instructor for some Time Trial / PDX events). His wife, Janet, had been ill for some time and passed over the weekend. A memorial service is planned for Janet at St.Peter's Catholic Church on Assembly/Taylor, at 9AM on Tuesday April 23, 2013.
