Old Shopping Center near Spartanburg

Not sure what this place is or was called, but I've been by it a few times on I-26, and it looks pretty much abandoned. Might be worth a closer look.

It looks interesting. The lot size is great, about 900x250. My worries are grid and paddock space.

That lot is known as "Sky City" as that is the store that previously existed there. Lots of grass/weeds coming up and pavement quality is not the best. Grid/Paddock would be difficult, as I have gone to check it out in the past for possible autocross use. I am not sure who the owner of the lot is currently. It is also alongside a residential area that runs along the backside, neighborhood called Oak Forest. Though the proximity to the interstate may mean noise is not an issue it could be.
