Yes, regardless of entries. Bring a friend!!
We have some that did not register and will just show up.
We did this to give our members a chance to experience a speedway, not to make money. I thought we made it cheap enough to be a no brainer.
I like that the ones that drove me crazy about opening registration on other forums did not even enter.

I worked the first half of Friday. I had to bail because of a medical emergency at home. I hated missing out on the PDX and hope they will have another next year. The pics I've seen look crazy in the rain.

First, I think we need to give your "Board of Directors" and the "organizer" of the Weekend event at the Charlotte Motor Speedway a big round of APPLAUSE for the effort necesary to put this event on. I wanted to attend, but family issues prevented. I tried to organize a like event several years ago, but was unable to do so.. So Congratulations to the Region for an Outstanding job..

Great to hear from you Dick, wish you could have made the race. As with everything we do, we build on the foundation of the past. Our region handling the test day this year made it possible to free up the evening time for the PDX. Wanted to start out with a small group and build. Hopefully we can fill it for next year and look at more PDX for other races. The smile on everyones face is always worth the effort!!
