There was previous talk about a points event on Saturday and a charity event on Sunday. Are we combining these now into one day/one event on Saturday?

No worries; You have enough to deal with at any given event. It was a good call to combine... hopefully we will get maximum participation for the charity effort this way.

I'm toying with the idea of trying to find a co-drive for this event. I'm considering looking for something different to drive next season possibly and want to try different cars out to see how I like them. So if anyone has a car they wouldn't mind letting me co-drive for an event that would be awesome. If not I'll happily run my 3 as usual.

The BRZ / FRS should be on your short list.
In my opinion it is the best overall car for someone that wants to have fun autocrossing and daily driving. It is fun, competitive in STX trim, has fold down rear seats for storage and get about 40 MPG. You can't ask for much more.

I totally agree with you on all that, but you may have missed the part where Josh took my FR-S out during fun runs and spun out at the first turn while shifting to 2nd gear. He promptly turned the car around and went right back to grid. It was hilarious! It made me feel better about spinning the Torque Monster. Seriously Josh, if you want to give my car another try it will be at Metrolina. I don't know if I'll be driving with Kurt or driving the FR-S, but you're welcome to try again either way. It's much more predictable once you get into 2nd gear....

I'd ask to use The Torque Monster, but I get the feeling it's going to see enough abuse from Licursi and Duck that day as well haha. That was a great car to drive. If the BRZ/FRS drives anything like the Miatas and S2000's I've driven then I'm sure it won't disappoint at all.

For the first time in my life I am thinking of a co-drive. Last event of the year and I only ran in three events. If anyone has a seat open for an old guy wanting to just have a little fun I may be up for it.

Nice, I thought the season was over. Now I can join the club since I botched the date of the last event.

Anyone else have an open seat that might be available? I'm fixing a few issues on the Subaru and it won't be ready for this event.

If anyone is interested in being more involved in the running of the 2014 CCR autocross events, we can certainly use your help. And being the last event of the year, this is a great opportunity to learn the much needed jobs of timing and registration. With this event being lightly attended, it will be much easier to teach those interested in working in the trailer come the 2014 season. We are a volunteer organization, and we need more people to step up and take a more active part in the club. If not the inevitable burnout will occur, thus leaving a void in the running of events, and setting back the very strong CCR autocross program we have now.

You can always drive my BMW if needed.. its not fast but its fun.. and with my hand messed up i'm probably not driving in this event anyway but the car will be there for anyone to thrash around in.... I charge donuts for usage though

Soooo I may be looking for a codrive as well. Anyone have an open seat in something that can run in tire class?
I also move that the official title of this event be renamed to "codrive for tots".

^completely unrelated but I can help with registration if need be
Tim talk to me at the Subaru event about the co-drive. Based on how my tires look after that I may have an open seat for you. You will not do well in it though, the pax is a dream crusher. Dream. Crusher.

I can probably get away with driving my own car, but one of my wheel bearings just started making some noise and would rather find something else if I can.

We have more people needing a co-drive, than pre reg'd. Can we please get pre-registered for the event. I don't want to cancel the event, but it is possible with the driver numbers being so low at the moment.
