Thanks to all who came to the SWCCCCR Meeting tonight and ran karts with us at the new indoor karting track. We had a BLAST!
The facility is new, the course is a little on short side but the karts are really quick. We had a number of shootouts going on...
John Finger was fast as usual... he and Ron Wilcox were neck and neck. Ron was kind enough to do some instruction with MacKenzie Everham and helped her improve her times significantly. Doc Hodges did great out there along with Rajat, James Wood, Kat & Sean, Michael Tablas, Scott Sipler, Shaun and Deborah Barrett. Steve Hampton had a run in with the wall... enough times that he was black flagged... but not before he was able to alter the configuration of the course enough to allow Finger to carry more speed on the last turn. Jeremy Cox and TJ were neck and neck ... I think they they took top two times for the night. Not the first time Jeremy has taken an FTD!
The nice people at LMK were kind enough to offer a significant discount for our group. They said they would love to have us back soon and we are planning on it.
