This Saturday is Cars and Coffee time, and CCR should be well represented, as we need to do some recruiting for the upcoming 2014 season. With our first 3 events being on the 1st Saturday in March, April and May, we do not have many early season opportunities to seek out new participants from the local Car and Coffee meets. So please bring all of the "Wanna Race" cards you may have and lets get the word out to this weekend.

I really dislike events being on C&C dates, but understand why it has to happen.
I will be at C&C for approximately 5 minutes to pick up some new-to-me coilovers, but then I'm leaving for Wilmington.

I think there might be some confusion about how C&C dates are set...

Goodbye Cars and Coffee!
We are now out of another lot for C&C, as some tool decided to light up his tires, loose control and park his car on the grass next to the diner. Thank you Mr. Idiot for costing us another site. Way to go!

We are headed down to C&C in Columbia sc on feb 22nd if anyone's interested. Always a rotten egg ;(

What a dbag. He wanted attention and he got it. 99% of drivers are not qualified to carry a license.

Sounds like a good opportunity for CCR recruiting- "Join us and learn car control without any nearby fire hydrants!"

The Columbia Cars and Coffee folks just announced that the 22 FEB location has changed to the Village at Sandhill shopping center. Lots of room, coffee choices there include a Starbucks and a Panera. From I-20 east of Columbia, take the Clemson Road exit north, go about 4 miles and you are there with Sandhill on your left.
Coming south from Charlotte, you could exit I-77 on Killian Road (mile marker 17 I think), turn left at the light, and just stay on Killian several miles because it turns into Clemson Road, and Sandhill will be on your right.

When you go there. Look at all the pole lights. I installed them all. I was out there forever at the start

LOL, bask in the glory of the light poles!!!
If Travis was responsible for putting up the light poles, I'm not sure that I want to be anywhere near that parking lot...
