Let's get registered. Where are all those people that love small lots?

while I love large lots AND small lots … there have just been to many CCR events this yr that are on the same day as events at other venues that I have decided to run (mostly track events) … but this particular weekend conflicts with a SE-DIV event (that's also an ETR points event … so choices have to be made
don't take this as a complaint … I realize that scheduling can only accommodate so many other surrounding regions, and events … like I said .. choices have to be made … would have loved to have been at the all the CCR events …..

Walter, it isn't our fault. CCR was first to release a schedule for 2014 season. Even before national.

I wasn't trying to say that it was CCR's "fault" just that with all the car events out there, I had to make choices … was just sorta lamenting the overlap … most yrs it works out ok.
this yr my participation at CCR events is what had to take the hit … next yr .. shrug .. who knows …
when trying to balance SCCA (CCR, ETR, SCR), NASA, TrackDaze, PDX's, LeMons/Chump … some events that I'd like to attend get skipped

Signed up. I will be there this time. I also have let too much stuff get in the way of Auto-X this year. No one's fault but mine.

Another great event CCR! Especially great considering the surprise rain we got this morning (the weather man blew that forecast!). Also, nice job on the course Mike! Metrolina obviously can't hold a candle to ZMAX but you always do a great job making Metrolina as fun as it can be.
Finally, below is a video of my best scratch run (42.159 +1) for anyone interested. I couldn't stay off the cones today and my only clean run was very conservative and not worth uploading...
This was my first time on the V2 RS3s (after running ZIIs all season). Even though I didn't win my class (nice job Mike C. and Gregg!), I still feel like the new RS3s are pretty legit. They aren't quite as sharp on turn-in or in the slaloms as the ZIIs, but they seemed to grip better in the sweepers. The really awesome thing about the V2 RS3s was that I was able to get my best raw time on my 1st run. From what I've heard, the V1 RS3s needed more time to get heated up, so it's nice that the new version can be good out of the gate. Can't wait to see how they work at ZMAX!

Very Nice run Joe! I guess you hit a cone on the right side. Cuz you were really tight on the left side cone, that was very pro.

Kudos to Mike for designing this course. Not easy to do a loop and make it different each time through. Now If I get this red car to run consistently, I'll be sitting in high cotton. (I think I've been in the south too long lol).
