I'm new here and am finally about to start my project to run in some SCCA events. Hopefully it will be done by next spring. It's actually a VW bug haha. its an older body style (70's style) and is an all tube chassis frame. I'm really not sure what class it will go in or anything but I am willing to learn. It's no Ferrari or probably not a race winner at all but something to go out and have fun in! I've drag raced all my life and have always wanted to get into rally cross type racing. I'm tired of spending all that money on a drag car for a few seconds of seat time! I rode in a friends civic at a SCCA event in Bristol TN that was actually going on during one of our drag races. Hopefully I'll have some pictures up of it soon. Thanks for any tips/ pointers!
