Hi everyone,
I have rejoined the SCCA after a few years away. I first became a member when Subaru offered a year membership for free when you bought one of their WRX or STi's back in 2002. I used to dabble in Solo but never did it consistently enough to be competitive.
My motivation for becoming a member again is to achieve my Competition License to race a vintage race car I purchased this year.
I will be looking for a place in the Charlotte area to get a Tech Inspection done on my car, and also a certification of the fuel cell, if need be.
Who here can point me in the right direction?? The help will be greatly appreciated!

Welcome back, and welcome to the madness of racing!! Send me a PM with your contact info and we will get you set up with an inspector in your area. What car did you get?

UPDATE: I have my competition license and will be attending my first SCCA race on May 23, Memorial Monster! Looking forward to seeing and meeting a bunch of you for the first time.
Look for me in a White 1973 Porsche 914-4, #03 and say hi.
I will be there Friday for the test & tune, breaking in a rebuilt engine, then just the Saturday race in EP. I'm green, so just know that when you go for a pass! LOL
