Please join us Saturday January 10, 2015 3:30-4:00 Meet n Greet 4:00-6:00 Go Kart Racing 6:00-7:00 Closed Board Meeting 7:00 Board meeting opens up to all members 8:00-10:00 Pizza and season trophies The Pit 346 East Plaza Drive (Hwy 150) Mooresville, NC 28115 $25 per person www.meetatthepit.com/* Price includes go kart session and pizza. * Bring your own "beverages" (be kind and bring extra) (the beverages have to stay in the banquet room though) * No open face helmets allowed, closed face helmets with visors (they do have helmets for loaner) but feel free to bring your own (you know you got them) * The races will be 10 minute races * The final race of the evening will be the fastest 10 karts of the evening, there might be a special prize for the winner (who knows). Ok since my auto events is still down ... email Ccrscca@gmail.com if you are planning on attending. We need a headcount for the food. Also we will have a table for you to check in when you get there so if you do not want to mail in a check or pay pal you can pay on site. and if you are bringing a quest please say say so.... look forward to seeing everyone at the banquet
