Recently picked up a 2004 Mazda RX8 and am now selling my 2008 Mazdaspeed 3. This was my first car purchased out of college and it has been a blast to drive over the past 6 years, but it was time to move on to something else and find a car more competitive for the national scene. The car would be great for somebody looking for a regionally competitive AutoX car (has won its class season in DSP and STX over the years) or for somebody who wants to use it as a daily driver with the occasional AutoX. Starting with the usual SCCA forums before moving on to the world of Craigslist and other outlets.

The Good:
- Very reliable...with 5+ years of autocross have only had to replace the stock thermostat one time.
- Oil changed every 4k miles with 5W-30 Synthetic
- Plenty of cargo space...have carried 8 tires + equipment to events in the past.
The Bad:
- Typical scratches & cone scuffs associated with AutoX use.
- Car is pretty stiff with the current suspension set-up, but could be de-tuned using other suspension parts for better ride quality
- Some occasional clunking in the rear from sway bar end links.
