I drive the hybrid. I am wondering what the policy is on leaving the grid during my runs. The reason I ask is the a good percentage of my horsepower is provided by my battery pack. After a good run, the batteries are down to 20% or so. Letting the car run only brings them to 30% before it turns off. If I was able to leave the grid and drive down the backroad in black lake and back, I think that would help a lot. What is the policy on this?
