2015 BoD Candidates and Voting

As Mr. Eckerich posted on October 1st, 2015, the Annual Board Meeting will be January 16th, 2016 in Asheville, NC. Nominations closed on October 31st, 2015 and the current candidates include two incumbents: Nancy Peck and Tony Wentworth, as well as three new candidates: Cyndi Duckworth, Shane Findlan, and Josh Sotomayor.

Voting is open NOW and closes on January 11th, 2016. Your vote can be cast by e-mail by sending it to [e-mail]. You must be a current member in good standing and include your name, your membership number, and your three votes. If you do not include your name, your membership number, or the name(s) of the candidate(s) that you are voting for, your vote will not be counted. You may also mail your vote(s) to me by snail mail at 145 Sharons Way, East Flat Rock, NC 28726. Whether you vote through the USPS or by e-mail, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your vote. The snail mail votes must be RECEIVED by January 11th, 2016.

sent my votes in a week ago, hopefully it was done correctly and will get counted … no confirmation email yet … if I somehow messed it up, will I be notified so I can correct whatever was wrong ?

Please relax people. Scott does not get a daily feed on this. He gives it some time and takes an evening to download and count votes and send responses. I would love to pay him to make vote response a full time job, but he has one already. Voting is open for over a month more so you have plenty of time. No sinister plot here.

Since according to the BOD, "we never have more than forty or fifty people vote", just wanting to make sure mine is counted! If not then I can vote again before voting closes. Maybe we can get a hundred to vote this year!!
