The information Mike recently put out indicates that he is presenting the CCR SOLO year end trophies for pickup at the Triad Sports
Car Club banquet. The CCR ABM/Awards banquet is scheduled for January 16th at the Sierra Nevada Brewery next to the Asheville Airport since this is that area's year. Mike asked to have it in Charlotte but no alternate provider was obtained. Stay tuned.

Brain, this is the only location I can find with the location of the CCR meeting and still didn't give a time, cost, what is planed for food. ect.
No mention of it in the elsewhere in the forums, not on facespace, not on the ccrscca.com website.
Less than 2 weeks away from January 16th, and no information. You expected people to attend?

Although I was not originally involved in the site planning and am now catching up on what has evolved. It was set up to be in Asheville, NC and a service/facility location scheduled. Someone wanted to change it to a Charlotte location so that the SOLO trophy recipients that did not want to drive to Asheville to get their trophy wouldn't have to. That delayed the information announcement. An alternate site in Charlotte did not get procured therefore the original site is back on. Since other activities have been loaded on to the date (16 January), Steve is contacting the Asheville site provider to see if it is feasible to move out the date. We should know something today. A email will go out to members and a post to CCR's website.

After someone scheduled a co-SOLO banquet with another club on the 16th,the CCR date was changed to Saturday, January 23rd. The cost to current CCR members with card is $0.00, guests will be $10.00 and site is the same at The Sierra Nevada Brewery in Fletcher, NC off I-26 and the Asheville Airport road.

6:45 Doors Open
7:00-7:45 Wine Tasting ($10 extra fee) and Cash Bar
8:00- 9:15 Dinner and Awards
9:15-9:45 Final Bench Racing

Menu:

The meal will be provided by Pepper Moon Catering.
The meal will include:
Salad, Potatoes Au Gratin, Mixed Vegetables, Rolls, Dessert Bars, Tea and Coffee.


Main Entry Choices:

Beef Tips, Monterey Chicken or a Vegetarian option of Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms


The Cash Bar Will Include:

Soft drinks, Wine and a selection of Craft Beer.


Optional Wine Tasting:

The winery will also be offering a Wine Tasting session for an additional $10.
This will include tasting from 7 of Stonefield's most popular wines and a keepsake engraved wine glass.
Please make the appropriate selections on your registration so we can give the winery a headcount.


Costs:

Meal = $25 per person
Optional Wine Tasting: $10 per person paid to the winery upon arrival
