OK - for all of you who may check out this thread - Titled: SEDIV TT Program Future: Here is the deal! We need help, and we need volunteers. Specifically those who would be interested in stepping up to work on Tech and Safety Steward positions. TT is a blast - low key, fun and friendly. I could not work for a better bunch as the DA for 2016. The current TT stewards are Steve Eckerich and Mark Seiler - Both are well known and have been part of CCR for decades. However, they are also challenged time-wise by supporting other interests, such as Club Racing or their own businesses. I have done Tech many times and intend to pursue a license upgrade, but it would help a great deal to have a couple more folks.
Safety Steward is another area - currently we have Mark Rothermel who is our chief steward and we are lacking in this category. Mark has offered to work with anyone to get them up to speed, so if you are currently involved in TT - this would really help to ensure we can put on events. No Safety Steward, No Event.
Please feel free to reply to me either via this thread or PM. My personal email is sfindlan@aol.com - if you need anything ASAP.
For those who don't know me directly - I drive (?) the black C4 Corvette that had a nose job courtesy of Dragon VIII, and Racer's Elbow.

Shane, there are many of us that have licenses. Craig, Ted and the National office probably kept a list of who they have signed off on and issued specialty licenses.

Yes - and I have those lists, but the issue is having folks available at the TT events who are able to help. It is the responsibility of the region pulling the event together to have these positions filled, but it seems more difficult recently. I am hoping we get some of our TT drivers to help as we know they will be in attendance. Thanks!
