Wish I had $225,000 for some property investment...... don't know how the wife would feel about raising kids with a racetrack for a backyard, but ehhh, we can cross that bridge when we get to it!

you wouldn't raise much in a 25x32 condo....it might be really nice, but...my garage is bigger...
