I'm interested in getting a Formula Vee or Formula First and would like to come by and look at one in person and talk to someone who races it to learn more about the cars before I buy. Anyone in the Charlotte or surrounding area that wouldn't mind schooling a newbie in the pro's and con's would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the offer. I will take you up on that after the holidays. Do you do time trials? I was interested in doing autocross and time trials initially and see if I really want to pursue it further into club racing. I'm trying to get an idea of how many formula vee's and formula firsts typically show up to time trial events.
