Hi, I'm new to Miatas (going on 5 days...) so please pardon my ignorance. What is special about the Harddog cage that makes it worth $600? It just looks like a double diagonal cage from the pictures on your website: www.miataracing.net/race12/207041R18A.jpg Does it have bars going forward that I can't see? If so, how much did those go for new? -Chris

Then I imagine the photos on the miataracing website are out of date as they only show a bar, not a cage

Yes the picture is out of date. That is a picture of the car before the cage was installed. That bar was sold and the cage was purchased and installed. I don't have any pictures with the cage installed where you can see the complete cage. The picture of the car on the home page has the cage in it. The cage looks like the one on the following link except it does not have the optional upper bar. www.bethania-garage.com/images/cage6.jpgand below is the exact cage I have. www.bethania-garage.com/images/cage1.jpg

Sent an email last week but never heard back-
Questions about the seat, I may be interested: Color, condition, mounting height, slider adjustability, are mounts included, etc.
Plus, where are you located, as I would likely want this to be a pick-up only event. Thanks.

Does the seat come with or need mounting hardware?
