Help to support my trip to Topeka! I'm running in STS2, so have no need for these tires anymore. They still have tread life, but are heat cycled out. At this point they seem to be about 1s faster than azenis, and 1s slower than V710's. I recently put some Formula-V on them to soften the rubber, but I haven't driven on them yet. They'd be good for a novice autocrosser or a track day. $50 Pictures here: justinmitchell.net/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=11349The pics are from last september, but have nearly the same tread. I did 3-4 autocrosses since then. Edit: I also have two sets of OEM 14" miata wheels (1st gen). The victoracers are currently mounted on one set, so they can be sold seperately or together. I'll sell each set of wheels for $80. One wheel has some curb damage, and another is slightly bent on the inside edge. I've been using the bent wheel for years, so I don't think it's actually caused any problems... and I had no trouble getting it balanced.

What's the manufacturing date? I'm kind of interested...where are you? Raleigh?

Sorry for the late reply. I've been in Kansas for most of the last two weeks.
The tires are pretty old. I bought them in 2001 I think, and put a few autocrosses on them. At the end of the year I put them in plastic bags and they sat in the garage until 2005. I raced on them for the last half of the 2005 season, and they didn't seem to have lost any grip. I won my class several times against people who had brand new victoracers, including the 24hr event (I only put 4 runs on them at the 24hr). In 2006 everyone in ES (except me...) bought v710's, and I just couldn't keep up. So I switched to STS2.
Previously, I said that they were heat cycled out, however they may be fine. 1s slower than v710's is probably typical.
Oh, I updated the above post... I have two sets of OEM wheels for sale too.
