This 1996 Mazda MX-5 Miata 2dr M-Edition Convertible features a 1.8L I4 DOHC 16V Gasoline engine.
It has 112,xxx miles and clean title. It is equipped with a 5 speed manual transmission. The vehicle is Blue with a Brown Leather interior. M-Edition has all the features available in miata for that year. Car is in Charlotte, NC. You can see pictures at www.freeweightstrainer.com/mazda/
It could be a good car for a stock class. I still have stock wheels available.
When I bought this car, I installed:
Aftermarket K1 Kosei Racing wheels (15x7.0). I still have original wheels
HardDog Rollbar
Adjustable Koni shocks
Recently I installed:
New BF Goodrich G-force Sport tires (about 5K ago)
New break pads (about 7K ago)
Rest of the car including engine is stock.
I bought car 3 years ago with 60K miles. I used synthetic oil every 5K miles, replaced oil in gearbox and differential with synthetic oil. Also replaced spark wires with NGK blue ones.
I used this car for daily commute, most of the last 50K miles are highway miles. I took it several times to autoX, but I never drove it on track.
Car runs great, it is an economical commuter
