Lance pre-reg'd, always nice to have our best driver attend. There have been two members of Team Nissan who have scored points at every event. Lance is one of them.

Now with Steve & Tony on R-compounds Team Nissan should be even stronger.
That's bad news for all the other teams.

Tony, Are you going to keep using your Street tires? I assume you're wanting to finish out the season in Tire Class for the Championship.

Tony, Are you going to keep using your Street tires? I assume you're wanting to finish out the season in Tire Class for the Championship. Tire is pretty much locked up for me. Not 100% by math, but pretty durn close. If I take 1st at the 24 hour, I think it should be done with. I'll be running both the Azenis and the Kuhmos at the 24. I'm entered in Tire class though.

I have switched to HS. I will be co-driving my daughter's new (02) Sentra, trying to teach her a few things.

We all know Nissan drivers have proven formidable with the best attendance record and superior driving skills vs Team Subaru. Pray for rain Steven.

There actually has to be a demand of some sort. lol I would guess that you can bet on Nationals, if you wanted. Bookies will give you odds on anything.

next year we should toss out pax and go with class wins, as you nissan and subaru guys change all sorts of things for "class advantage". Notice no caps on car makes, sub and not-sun cars.

All that would do is just populate the currently empty Prepared and Mod classes for easy class wins...LOL

Sorry, that idea will never work as Shane pointed out. A team full of one driver classes will always win. Look at how they did the NCAC, they picked the top 10 pax and raw times to determine which club was the fastest. We do the same thing for Team Competition, except we only count the top 5 pax times from each team.

I must admit that of the ideas that have been presented to this point that the PAX system is the *most* fair. Even though I get the shaft for Tire, next year I've done something about it and will be running R-comps.

You must've really liked the R-Comps on your car, Tony. Though I can't blame you for that. Sounds like next year is shaping up nicely for Team Nissan.
Still not certain how my next AutoX season will look. There's a possibility that my Z might go the way of the track setup....but if it does, I'll still be in the family....only with a WAY better PAX.

Like them or not, they have been purchased and need to be used. Who said TN would live on next year? lol

So wait a second, should I stop buying yen right now? I was hoping to accumulate enough that TN would let me join in a Ford. ;D
