Hopefully I can take my DOTs and get them flipped tomorrow...otherwise I may end up cording them before they are even close to used. The outside edge is getting quite worn, but I checked the inside tread depth while in Danville and it is still at 6/32ths (i.e. stock depth)...LOL ;D Of course, it might help if I got an alignment and got some camber in there.

Update: After looking at the tires again and taking some more tread depth measurements, I think it would be premature to flip them yet. The outside shoulders look horribly worn, but the "thread depth holes" in the outer block still measures 4/32s, which isn't bad at all yet.
Now...*after* the 24-hrs they might very well need flipped...LOL ;D

I suck at this car classing stuff beyond where a 2003 mustang cobra sits both stock and street prepared, but uhhh your car dave should be a D Street Prepared car I think. Save yourself a grand and run what you got over there if all you want is a trophy with minimal challengers. And if you want to know how much faster you could be on R Comps, just look at what I beat you by, add another second and thats how fast you would be as soon as you have them mounted.

I'd be willing to swap some practice runs with you (I'll be on the Z211 Hankooks). For that matter, once I get tired of running and if you're willing to do the tire change portion, I may let you throw my SPT / Z211 combo on your RS for a few runs on Sunday.

Yes... I want to melt that last inside corner cone before the finish! Would've had that 31.9 official... but I'm still happy about my 31.8 unofficial run somewhere in the 5-6am range. Now... time to get some new tires!!

BY my calculations, the final team scores are this: Team Subaru- 128.671 Team Nissan- 128.719 And we don't have a PAX ringer vehicle being driven by two people in two classes.

D'oh...sorry about that Dave. Hehe...you almost outran Jeff on PAX...LOL I thought that you had some kind of mental memory loss after I ran that last run to beat you in raw I felt great about that run esp since it was .7 faster than my previous run, which I was happy with. Finally beat all of the R compounds in my class. As far as Jeff, I have just started pushing him in raw, so coming close to him in Pax is great! but maybe he is starting to get scared of the Genie Just Kidding Jeff!! I don't want to make him mad, he might go and get one of those Turbo things and get real dangerous.
