I may not be worrying about season points.. I am looking to move to KNoxville, TN and would likely not make the CCR events.
Since its a PAXd class, that doesnt effect it right?

Only your season points... STU = PSTU as far as PAX is concerned... isn't it? Any Team Subaru driver who switches classes will automatically penalized 2 seconds toward Team Competition points. ;D Just kidding, you're right, PSTU and STU have the same PAX and like you said it only affects your individual driver points. This may be a good move if you have two drivers in the same class and want both to count toward Team Competition.

What??? that really sucks Steven why are you leaving?? Yep. Im just not happy at work, its stressing me too much, and affecting me. I've been in Asheville for 17 years, and it would be nice to try something new. Plus, my sister lives in Knoxville, and I have some good friends there too, and 2 places I can live until I get settled. I have some job interviews next wednesday, so hopefully something will work out. I just really want to get out of the car business. Working 60 hours a week, and I havent made any money in the last 4 months is really taking a toll on me. I want sometihng monday thru Friday.. no more weekends. but.. I will still make the HSCC events im sure.

Awwwwww, weak! We'll miss you at the events, but I can understand that being unhappy at work can't really be fixed with money... especially if there's not much money at all! (Don't forget the occasional Wednesdays off) ;D

I only drive like an old person when I have passengers (outside of competition)... Looking forward to tomorrow! Oh nuts, I just remembered I was going to rotate the tires before this event. It's been a long time since I last rotated.... like less than 3 months, LOL.

They were very nice! They had better mid corner grip, and overall grip, but didnt feel as crisp in turn in, probably due to the slightly softer sidewall. I need to work on my setup for these tires. I need to get an alignment and make sure I have at least -2.5 of camber inthe front, and I probably need to stiffen the rear bar, but im worried it may make the car oversteer in high-speed transitions. But..... I can win money with these tires!

haha Yeah no tickets ftw!!! My speedo was reading 10mph over, what did yours say? The STi is notorious for being lower than its reading.
I wish I hadnt hit that damn cone after the finish.. that would have been nice. oh well
Thanks to Jon for letting me use the tires!

I went to the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and wonder why anyone would want to move there other than for football games!

We could be speeding and not see the cop, and then he could instantly turn it on and get us. with my record, i dont need anymore tickets

with my record, i dont need anymore tickets I'm with you on that one. I upgraded to a Bel RX65 Professional, which works great, but no detector is 100% foolproof.

My V1 has saved my backside a number of times. So much so that I leave it in the car nearly all the time now.

I just try not to speed . Police officers see that I'm "far away from home", and they immediately jump at me.
