Well since Team Honda wasn't getting the support it needed, we have now expanded to Team Japan. Bring on the Subi's, Nissan's,Toyota's etc... I think we are at 4 members right now.
If anyone has a better idea for the team name then feel free. I like Team Japan or Team Japanimated. Just a couple ideas.

Kewl! You could list screen names and/or real names and classes to help with filling our roster. "Team Japanimated" isn't bad, although I'm still partial to "Team Rising Sun."  Gotta have a Captain, too. I hereby nominate ncteg91 for our Team Captain. Do I have a second? |

I'll second that, ncteg91 as captain if you're willing.
Team names: I really like Rising Sun! I can see the team decals already. I know I'm really getting ahead of myself but I could even offer to design them.
Others... ? Team Nippon or Nihon, Team Tokyo, The RedSuns (ok I stole that one from a Japanese TV show)...

OK - Lil history lesson here....the Flag of Japan is a red disk on a white background - called the Nisshoki (English Translation: Rising Sun Flag) ..The flag with the "rays" as shown was the Japanese Naval Battle Flag of WWII. |

I accept the captain offer. I like the Team rising sun idea. I'm sure we can spark some more interest in the up coming events as well. I know of at least one more member but sadly he is also in STS.

My brother and I both drive Toyota Celicas. He's in STS, though. I'm in ProGS. I'm not gonna be able to participate in all the events, but I'd be willing to be a team member for the events I can make.

LOL!!! Ya, might be a good idea!  Amy and I met you guys last season at our first CCR event (NTI). That might've been HIS first event, too. I think y'all were co-driving your 'yota. Anyway, welcome aboard! It's really starting to look like we'll have a fairly competitive team! We won't be able to make all events, either. We will make as many as possible. It'll be good to put faces and real names with the screen names I don't know. |

i did up a sweet rendition of the typical rising sun idea. it was tweeked a lil so it was not so naval battle flag looking, but still had the same kind of idea, but the stupid unreliable Mac's at school always seem to shut programs down when u are almost done.

I guess we should vote, or something. When the "Team Rising Sun" idea hit me, I had the "Rising Sun" in my mind, for a t-shirt, magnet, or whateva. But, I'm flexible. I like the big ol' way, too. If I hadda chose for the team name "Rising Sun," I'd vote for a rising sun logo.

Yea Im leaning more towards the team rising sun. Looks like we'll no longer be Japan only cars since we are picking up a Ford and a Saturn. Thanks to Team Turtle to joining up with us to help complete a bigger roster.
