I once again will not be at this event, so if CCR needs to provide a waiver worker for the morning or if SCR needs help (don't know who is officially "hosting" this one) if someone could take over it would be appreciated. Hopefully this is the last one I'll miss this year.

I would say top 15 in PAX from each club, if we run later in the day and we do not have extra time.
But if we get through competition runs quickly, we can do a shootout of the top 9 in PAX from each club. And have them face off in a best 2 out of 3 match. Winners get a point for their club and 5 points wins.

Parking is tight at Black Lake. Trailers will be parking around grid, and cars will be parking on the access road. It is wise to be onsite early to get the closer spots to grid. Show up at 8-9 and you will be walking pretty damn far. Also, you will need to register in first and get a vehicle ID sticker. Tech will be roving for this event, so after you check in leave your car parked, ID sticker on windshield displaying proper numbers with your hood up and trunk empty. And if you do not know what proper numbers look like check here - Number thread

Not trying to be a whiner, but I'd suggest no parking at all on the start side of the access road. I designed a course last year that tried to start like that, and we had to completely change it due parked trailers and the cars they unloaded. I'm hopeful that I have a running car by then, as it looks like a fun course!

I'm hopeful that I have a running car by then, as it looks like a fun course! I agree it's not optimal to park there. We'll start parking on the other side, but if we have too many trailers, we will have to put some on that side. Hopefully the 300' will be enough.

Can we drop off trailers on Saturday afternoon at the site? We will be on site at 2pm to maybe 6pm, so you can drop off your trailer while we are there.

Registered. I didn't review my entry and for some reason MAE defaulted to my information from last year, so right now it has me in tire class. I'll fix that Sunday, unless Cyndi wants to change it beforehand.
