I try to take those 'international beer competitions' with a grain of salt. After all, Miller Lite seems very proud of having won several years of something. Like what? The 'Best Beer for Drunk People Who Can't Taste??" Or perhaps the "Best Beer When the Only Alternative is Boone's Farm?" Mmm, I'm gonna have a beer at the Davidson Brickhouse tonight...... The one I can't figure out is Alcohol free beer.... THIS is basically, in it's purest sense : A BEER for people who like to drink, don't want to get drunk but enjoy the pleasures of frequent urination. Oh yeah...sign me up! ;D

Or...
A soda pop that doesn't really taste like beer, looks like beer, will give you beer breath, but with none of the health benefits of beer.....

Hee Hee... Shane. I traveled a good bit in Germany (even married a lady from there)... and the Germans make fun of the Austrians and the Austrians make fun of the Germans.
My favorite Austrian joke was about the Austrian that was wondering in the fields and came across a bottle... he pulled the cork and a Genii came out. "You have released me and in return, I will grant you two wishes!" The Austrian says "Hmmmm.. I want a stein full of beer that automatically re-fills everytime I drink it." Poof.... there was the beautiful stein in in his right hand. He turned it up and sucked the last drop off the rim and when he looked down into it, it had automatically re-filled. "Wonderful!" He screamed. The Genii asked him "And... for your second wish?" The Austrian thought and thought .... and finally smiled and said "Another Stein ...just like this one!" ;D

Ok, So - back to autocrossing b/c the morons in the other classless groups seem to think all we talk about is, well, beer! And they may be right....but the question is how many of you fine beer drinkers plan to be at our next event - Continental I believe.... I plan to be there, with Colin as the driver of the Fiesta (Fiestada)...chime in! As far as I know I will actually be attending this one. Not sure if I'll be there for the TNT Saturday, probably a good idea since it seems I suck at teh driving, but we'll see how the schedule pans out.

But you must not have Married the same Type of German Lady I did.... Because mine was the the Devil. Note to all run from red headed German women ;D ;D no offence maybe I got a bad apple and just because I am in team Subaru, I still love Beer.... alot in fact. I read all your cool beer stories. but my training must go on to stay in team subaru(in spanish)

Same reason Fiat put a turbo on a Fiat 124. The engineers figured out how to make the engine last as long as the body.

And, I guess I better shift to stronger brew...stupid panthers...losing at the end of the first quarter - 14-0.
They can't seem to figger out how to win at home.
moving on to Foster's....that leaves a nice IPA and Guinness for the later quarters...
Cadillac Williams looked in bad shape - hope he fares better than it looked.

And - just a quick question - what Team Beer members are planning to be at Greenville for the last event.
Might be tough for us - about 4 hours away and that means leaving here at 330am to get there at 730 or so....hmmm

If it do, I won't be able to get there before 9ish. It's a good 3-4 hour drive for me. Someone else will have to get autographs and give out the free bracelets.

What is this Greenville you speak of? I'm confused. Sunday is at Continental, which is also not as good for me as WALKING to NTI.

I was only 1 full second slower that soloracer today at the test & tune. I'm usually 10 seconds behind him. I even got within 3 of roadboy. In my old mustang. Gee , I wonder if the sticky hoos-ya-momma tires had anything to do with it? Or, maybe they did not want to break it. They fix it.
