Please include your make/model and class (including novice, tire, ladies, or pro). I know there were some crazy Rabbit and BMW drivers out there! ;D I'll keep updating this list as people sign on.

Oh, yay, do I count? ;D I drive a (borrowed) Volvo 740Turbo in STS. The only small problem....... I'm not sure if I can attend ALL the events yet... (crazy school)... But if you still want me on your team, I'd love to participate!! edit: So far the ones up in the air are the summer ones. Should know by mid-March. Oh, and my name is Aimee Fincher (aka trickbrick).

Thanks for the quick responses. We are looking good so far, 3 drivers and 3 classes. Two more and we have a team!
Aimee, don't worry about making all of the events. They do allow substitutions as the season progresses. If it doesn't look like we will make the minimum 5 drivers, 5 classes, we can open it up to anybody, but for now lets see if we can make it with European cars only.

SWEET!! Thanks Chris. It's going to be fun to be part of a team again! edit: BTW, I could technically run in STS-L (though I'd rather run in regular STS--more people and fun!.) However, if someone else joins the team and will be in STS, I'd consider changing classes. Just let me know.

The individual standings are what most people are more interested in so I wouldn't ask anybody to switch their class to fit the team. Although winning the team competition is good bragging rights, it is just for fun!

Does a car named after a European principality, Monte Carlo, count? ;D
Didn't think so.

Your in Joe! Don't worry about times, as I won't be near the top either. The more people we get though the better chance we have of getting 5 fast times at any given event. Keep recruiting anybody you know with a European car.
If we don't make 10 people, I think letting in a car with a European name would be acceptable! ;D

I have an 01 VW GTi 1.8t that I plan to run in DSP.
but If my friend comes down for each event I might be co-driving an 88 VW Cabriolet in SM.

You are both welcome to join. Will need your names though. SM or DSP is fine as nobody is in that category yet so that would make the minimum 5 people and 5 classes. If you both join and are present at an event, its not a problem, but we could only count whoever had the faster time in SM towards the final total for the day.

I can throw another V-dub into the ranks. Not the fast orange Rabbit, but a Rabbit in progress. I can run in either FSP or P-FSP, whichever. Brad Gates White Rabbit #30

We should probably all introduce ourselves at event 2. Easier to have team spirit when you know your teammates...

Its not an official team event, but how many plan on doing the Continental Tire event on the 7th? I'm planning on it. I will also be at both school days on the 10th and 11th. Those of us going to the social on the 3rd could also try and meet to introduce ourselves.

I would love to meet everyone! I have only been involved with CCR since December so I probably haven't met many of you yet. I will be working at the school on the 10th but probably wont' be able to be at the school on the 11th. If everyone on our team is going to be at the Novice school, maybe we can meet then!

I road along for 3 or 4 fun-runs with Bob Yeterian in his Elise at NTI last year. It reminds me very much of my old D Sports Racer (pictured as my icon as 7thson above). I noticed as long as you are careful not to get the car into understeer, it works like magic. Very fun ride.

There should be plenty of chances for instructors to get ride alongs on Saturday as my wife and I will be co-driving, a gentlemen I raced against last weekend with an '06 Exige will be there, and Bob just signed up with his Ardent Red '05 Elise.
I will also be there in Sunday too.

Robert in the White Exige was just getting used to the car last weekend as it was his first event. Towards the end of the day though he was starting to get the hang of it and was starting to explore the limits. I'll push mine as hard as my worn out tires will let me. They definitely are on there last leg. As for my wife, that's up to you instructors to teach her! ;D
