Registration is still on THSCC's website. www.thscc.com/autocross/prereg_autox.htmlFor the ladies...our registration is set up as if we are running a PAX'd ladies class, however, we will be doing seperate ladies classes...so no worries.

Here is the official thread on the Triad website regarding the event to go along with the registration link that Ryan posted: www.auto-x.com/forum/showthread.php?t=298Also, all CCR members should be aware of the NCAC CLUB CUP which is given out to the club that accumulates the most points at this NCAC event. Basically this is a club wide trophy based off of NCAC results, so if you have any interest in running, come out and represent CCR! More details here: www.auto-x.com/forum/showthread.php?t=306

Also, in case you didn't know, Greensboro is a fantastic site for autox, in fact, Heyward Wagner will be designing a Nationals type course for the NCAC. To get you even more interested, check out this satellite pic (the blue box is the course, the green box is the paddock/staging area):

Yes, registration is open for everyone at the THSCC website. Remember you have to register for both days separately.

I would just like to say that I have doubts about me being able to contribute anything towards the club cup unless no one else shows up for my class.

Post by sleeper on Jul 19, 2006 14:48:29 GMT -5
Actually, each class must have drivers from at least 2 different clubs for that class to count toward the Club Cup trophy. So if you are the only ESP driver then your points won't contribute.

Well then I have nothing to contribute but my encouragement for my fellow club members.

Steve, Can I co-drive your Sentra? Russ Sorry, I already have a co-driver, Tony Ignatz, as his 350Z is undergoing some transmission issues. Hope you find a ride though.

As of this post, here are the number of drivers from each club eligible for the NC Club Cup Trophy:
80 - Tarheel 27 - Triad 26 - CCR 05 - Highland
Tarheel has three times as many drivers, we need more CCR entries! Come out and represent your club and let's bring home the Club Cup!

I didn't know there was a cup to bring home to begin with! Does each member of the winning club get to have it for a day a la the Stanley Cup?

Since my last post listing the CCR drivers we added four drivers for 28 total (although several will only run one day and are not eligible for the NCAC trophy)...keep 'em coming!
AS --- Greg Pressley (Black 2004 Subaru STI) AS --- Rob Falkner (silver 2004 Porsche 550 se) AS --- Wade Carpenter (Silver 2004 Porsche 550 se) AS --- Joshua Knight (blue 2006 subaru wrx ste) ASL -- Sandra Falkner (silver 2004 Porsche 550 se) BS --- Michael Bright (blue 2003 nissan 350z) CS --- Bill Crummett (Red, of course! 1999 mazda miata) CPL -- Jeannie Markowski (Black 1986 Ford MustangSVO) CSP -- Mark Seiler (Red/Blk 1991 Mazda Miata) CSP -- Jeremy Cox (BRG 1991 Mazda Miata) DP --- Mark Oppedisano (Fast Red 1971 Triumph Spitfire) ES --- Chris Barrett (WHITE 1996 MAZDA MIATA) ESP -- Mike Casino (Black 1995 Chevrolet Impala SS) FSP -- Jinx Jordan (R/W 1992 Honda Civic) FSPL - Ginette Jordan (R/W 1992 Honda Civic) GS --- Per Olof Ezelius (Red 2005 Mini Cooper S) GS --- Michael Keogh (Silver 2001 Dodge Neon ACR) SM --- Rick Disbrow (blue 1980 Toyota Corolla V8) SM --- Spencer Stubbs (Blue 1980 Toyota Corolla) ST2 -- John Byrd (Black 1996 BMW Z3) ST2 -- Scott Sawyer (GREEN 1989 Honda CRX Si) ST2N - Joseph Doggett (Red 1991 Mazda Miata) STU -- Steven Rankins (Gray 2006 Subaru Impreza STi) STU -- Jonathan McCallister (Gray 2006 Subaru STi) STX -- Steven Kornhaus (Blue 2002 Subaru WRX) TGS -- Steve Shin (Black 2002 Nissan Sentra SE-R) TGS -- Tony Ignatz (Black 2002 Nissan Sentra SE-R) TSM -- Steve Berry (blue 71 volvo 1800E)
What more could you want in a two day event featuring the best from North Carolina? A gigantic parking lot, nationals type course design, opportunity to be crowned the state wide NCAC champ in your class, and of course helping to bring home the Club Cup trophy to CCR!!!

We might not have enough folks to contend for the Club Cup, but I'll bet Highlands takes home a higher percentage of trophies per participant than ANY of the other 3 clubs

Was not gonna run, but MAY show to try & help the club. Anyone care to co-drive a C/P (not really) k-maro? As it does not count if there is only one entry in the class. K-maro= sorta like a reliant K but less classy.
